Supplementary Rules:
1. Dress code - neat and clean. No shorts, sandals, bare feet, or clothing not being properly worn.
2. Smoking not permitted in game room. Cell phones and headsets turned off.
3. One, five (5) minute time-out allowed per match. Two, five (5) minute time-outs allowed for semi-final and final matches.
4. There will be a coin toss for break choice.
5. Compliance with "Match Time Schedule". Warning given to both players if match extends into next round of tournament. Subsequent warnings given after each additional 30 minutes of play.
6. Frame System - The frame system shall be recorded on Tournament supplied score sheet. The first rounds leading to the Quarter Finals will be 1 frame knockouts. Quarter and semi finals will be played to the best of 3 frames & the final will be played to the best of 5 frames. Both players must sign score sheet at conclusion of match in order for match to be considered final. Protested matches will be mediated by Tournament Director, whose decision will be final.
7. Either player may call for a referee (or Tournament Director) to determinate acceptability of any shot. Also, all disputes shall be brought to Tournament Director's attention for immediate resolution.
8. Prizes are based on a full 64 player tournament and will be calculated on a prorated basis if there are less players.
9. If there are less than 50% entries all players will be informed and the date may be moved accordingly to allow for the best possible prizes.
10. The tournament start time is strict and late arrival will usually result in disqualification but
if both players agree the match can be played later. (with approval from the tournament director)
11. If a player has paid their entry in advance and does not attend the event the fee is non refundable and will be added to the prize money.
Registration for tournaments are held at the tournament venue only so make sure you get there soon to avoid dissappointment.
